Sat Nam, I would like to share with you a meditation that is easy to do and yet has a profound effect on a woman’s mind and body. I will be posting a short video of this meditation next week which will take you through the meditation. Positive affirmation is an age-old technology and in this particular meditation we use one of the most powerful affirmations a woman can do. Yogi Bhajan has said of this meditation “Grace of God meditation will give you self-effectiveness. It is designed that way. Any woman who does it will find grace in her behavior. It may take alittle time, but the results will be positive.” By practicing this meditation, a woman’s thoughts, behavior, personality, and projection become aligned with the Infinite beauty and nobility unveiled by the mantra. It balances the five elements. Evoking and manifesting the inner grace, strength and radiance of woman, it empowers her to channel her emotions to a positive direction, strengthen her weaknesses, develop mental clarity and enhances effective communication.
PART ONE:
Lie on your back, fully relaxing the face and body with the arms by your sides palms facing up. Eyes are closed.
Inhale deeply and suspend the breath. As you hold the breath in silently repeat the mantra -
“I AM GRACE OF GOD” 10 times ( tense the fingers one at a time to keep count )
Exhale all the air out, hold the breath out and repeat the mantra 10 times.
Continue this process of repeating the mantra 10 times on each inhale and 10 times on each exhale for a total of 5 inhalations and 5 exhalations. You will have repeated the mantra/affirmation 100 times.
PART TWO:
Relax your breath, with eyes still closed very slowly come to sit up in a crossed legged position or in a chair.
Rest your right hand in Gyan mudra (index finger and thumb touching to form a circle) with the back of your wrist resting on your knee, elbow straight. Hold the left hand up by your shoulder with your palm flat and facing forward, as though taking an oath.
Keep your breath relaxed. Tense only one finger at a time of the left hand, keeping the other fingers straight but relaxed. Now with each finger repeat the mantra out loud “I AM GRACE OF GOD” making a total of 5 repetitions out loud. While repeating the affirmation, meditate on the governing energy of each finger. Begin with the little finger, known as the Mercury Finger, and continue this sequence through all fingers ending with the thumb.
TO END:
Relax and meditate silently for a few minutes.

Little Finger - MERCURY : relates to power of communication and to relate. Element is WATER
Ring Finger – SUN/VENUS : relates to vitality, physical health and beauty. Element is FIRE
Middle Finger – SATURN : relates to channeling emotion to devotion, patience. Element is AIR
Index Finger – JUPITER : relates to wisdom, expansion, open space for change. Element is ETHER
Thumb – relates to Positive Ego. Element is EARTH

My friend Jodi told me about this meditation so I googled it and found your video – brilliant! I felt such a wonderful release of fear and sorrow, and actually heard a voice in my head say “Rejoice, you are here! I am all you need to be the joyous being you were meant to be!” I am so excited to see what happens as I continue with this meditation. Thank you!
Sat Nam! tomorrow begins Lent (a once a year Catholic religious Practice) which lasts 40 days and i have suggested to all my yoga clients to do this meditation and given them a copy. so glad to have found you on utube which lead me to this site and your f acebook page. sat nam!
