A couture upgrade for the energy body

There are moments in life that feel like echoes—echoes of something vast, ancient, and profoundly familiar. My journey with Sekhem didn’t begin in a textbook. It began as a cellular remembering—an energetic activation that pulsed through me in the heart of Egypt.

What is Sekhem?

Sekhem (also spelled “Sakhem”) is not simply a healing modality—it’s a multi-dimensional, intelligent frequency of divine life force. It often works through the heart and womb space, creating energetic bridges of at-one-ment with Source. It brings through healing, clarity, softness, strength—and most of all, a return to inner truth.

While its roots are in ancient Egypt and it is closely connected to the lioness goddess Sekhmet, Sekhem’s vibrational frequency is said to originate from the Sirius star system. So, while it is deeply anchored in ancient earth wisdom, it also carries a distinctly cosmic intelligence—like a spiritual couture that fits your system precisely where you are now.

Unlike Kundalini, which rises from the base of the spine as ignition, Sekhem descends from the higher realms—flowing in with grace, precision, and an undeniable sense of truth. It is neutral in essence, yet it often feels deeply feminine in its expression: nurturing, loving, powerful, and precise.

For me, Sekhem has become a refinement tool—a golden thread I now weave into my most potent offerings. Not because it’s trendy or expected, but because it arrived with unmistakable clarity and direction.

It came in Egypt.

I had just received a powerful energetic transmission upon the Nile, and later that same day, as twilight kissed the stones of Luxor, I entered the sacred chapel of Sekhmet at Karnak Temple. I was enveloped in fierce waves of compassion and love—met not by wrath, but by a maternal embrace that shattered illusions and left only truth. In that moment, I didn’t just receive healing. I remembered.

Sekhem moved through me—fierce and soft, loving and clear.
And from that moment, my extended name, HarJiwan Sa Ra, anchored into my being.
And with it, a quiet directive: Integrate.

And so I have. Sekhem is now part of how I support my clients in private sessions, in advanced immersions, and alongside deep Kundalini practices. It’s a refinement layer—a kind of spiritual haute couture upgrade—infused only when aligned, and always in service of your highest frequency embodiment.

It doesn’t need to be done in person. Sekhem is beyond time and space. Whether online or in presence, it meets you. It moves with you.
