My Journey from Tibial Plateau Fracture to Full Recovery

Four months ago, I was peacefully walking along our local beach—three hours before opening the next WOW Inner Circle container. I felt grounded, expanded, and fully present, brimming with energy and excitement. And then, out of nowhere, a dog charged at me. Time slowed. I instinctively side-stepped, but the dog smashed into me at full velocity.
The pain was immediate. I fell to the ground, and in that instant, my life shifted. The result: a major Tibial Plateau Fracture. My WOW Inner Circle had to be postponed. I was in a full leg brace, on crutches for ten weeks, and unable to drive for 12.5 weeks.
For someone who thrives on dynamic movement, this was a seismic challenge. Every part of me was forced into stillness. And yet, in that stillness, I discovered a depth of self-reflection, meditation, and oracular activation I hadn’t experienced before. Living in that liminal space, I realized that true healing would require more than conventional physiotherapy—it would need a holistic healing approach.
